Data and purpose
The form requests name, company and email. Phone, project description, objective, timing, language and budget range are optional. We record date, reference, page language and source or campaign information present in the address. We use these details to understand the request, reply and prepare a proposal as preliminary steps towards a possible contract at your request. Other necessary processing for legal obligations or exercising rights follows the applicable basis. This request does not authorise marketing campaigns. Avoid sensitive data, personal documents or third-party secrets in the first contact.
Private brief and notifications
Requests are stored in the site database and available to the authorised representative through a restricted dashboard protected by identification and a password. The visitor receives a reference on screen. The site attempts to notify X1 through FormSubmit using only a notice, reference and dashboard link; the client’s name, contact details, message and budget are not sent in that notice. Delivery depends on address activation and service availability. A notification failure does not delete the saved request.
Providers and security
We use hosting and database infrastructure, including Cloudflare D1, and FormSubmit for notifications. Necessary technical data and logs may be processed to provide and protect the service. Providers may process data outside Brazil. Information about providers and applicable safeguards can be requested through our privacy contact. No digital service is risk-free.
Site measurement and enquiry sources
A first-party counter is visible only to the X1 administrator. We record pages viewed and source information supplied by the browser or campaign parameters. Daily visitor estimates use a protected signature derived from IP and browser that changes each day. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the counter. No advertising identifiers or analytics cookies are used. Detailed records are retained for up to 90 days; aggregate totals may be kept.
When submitting an enquiry, we also record the IP provided by hosting, approximate location when available, entry page and referral or campaign source. These details remain in the private briefing to contextualize and protect enquiries under the retention described here. They are not included in FormSubmit notifications. IP location is approximate; VPNs, shared networks and missing referrals can limit attribution.
Videos and preferences
We do not use Google Analytics or advertising. Fonts and images are served by this site. Local films play on this site; YouTube loads only after you choose to play a film or permit external media in preferences. YouTube may receive technical data and use its technologies under its policies. You can refuse and keep browsing. Theme and media permission may be saved in local browser storage. Hosting also uses necessary technical resources. Withdrawing permission stops loaded external players but does not erase data already received by the provider. The dashboard session uses a security cookie lasting up to two hours.
Retention and your rights
We retain data as necessary for the request, contractual relationship, legal obligations and defence of rights. You may request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, anonymisation, blocking or deletion where applicable, portability under applicable rules, and withdrawal of consent when it is the legal basis. Retention may be permitted or required by law. We may request proportionate information to verify identity. Requests follow applicable deadlines and requirements; you may also petition Brazil’s ANPD.
Review and removal
To request review or removal of a video, image or brand, email the URL, reason and your connection to the material to x1filmes@x1filmes.net. X1 will assess restriction or removal. Avoid unnecessary confidential information. This policy may change as the site or practices evolve.
